Hillside CrossFit is for everyone all ages and all fitness level. The great thing about what we do in our program is that you can scale load, intensity to suit YOUR athletic ability!
We are for the everyday person it doesn’t matter where you are in life. Whether you are a competitive athletic, mum, dad, team leader, manager or business owner CrossFit will benefit you. Everyone here has the same goal and that is to better themselves in everyday life and that is what CrossFit at Hillside is all about. We have created a unique and most importantly a positive environment for you to come to where everyone will be helping each other get better!
Our coaches are trained professionally to help better you through exercise, they will teach you a lot!
As part of the challenge you will have a 30-min food guide talk to see what you need to do to help keep you on track through the FREE class session. Hopefully we can start looking at food as fuel and not satisfaction! This will give you great place to start you off and get you one step closer to your goals!
For this challenge, we will also have a before and after scan using our friends at Body Analytics. These guys will give you a in-depth overall picture of your body’s health. They do this by using a medical grade Dexa scanner. We will be able to look at muscle.
We will teach you how to move in many different directions with and without load. This essential for flexibility and mobility especially if you haven’t been doing much for a little while.
