Our Juniors Program is designed for ages 7-12 and incorporates everyday movements they would use at school, playing or at home. It is more progressive towards very light weighted movements and lots of gymnastics training. It also offers a lighthearted, fun approach whilst maintaining focus on moving safely and gaining an understanding of the importance of general health and fitness.
CrossFit Juniors run during the school term, breaking during school holidays.
Tuesday & Thursday – 4:10 pm to 5:50 pm (Ages 7–13)
